IRL & WORX PROJECT SUMMER CAMP!

IRL is excited to announce that we are once again partnering with the WORX Project to bring you some summer fun! The WORX Project offers multiple weeks of hands-on, experiential learning from all types of subjects in a classic summer camp setting. Students will be engaging with things like beekeeping, cooking, woodworking, paddle boarding, masonry, and so much more! Celebrating the summer

Summer has wrapped up and the IRL team couldn't have had a better time! We spent 4 weeks in programming with the WORX Project, having students participate in beekeeping, woodworking, masonry, hiking, paddle boarding, and so much more.

 
 
 
 

After-school works!

 

In Real Life After-school provides high quality, hands-on, equitable, and accessible after school experiences for all Asheville City Schools middle school students. IRL is committed to ensuring that all students have access to opportunities which allow them to explore their interests and ignite their creativity. IRL operates on an affordable sliding scale of $0-$75/club and partners with Asheville City Schools transportation to provide bussing around the city and in the evenings. By partnering with 50+ community organizations and professionals, IRL has developed unique youth-informed programs to meet the demands of Asheville City Schools middle school students.
