Digitally Literate Asheville Receives 100,000 Challenge Grant |

This year every 9th grader in the Asheville City Schools has had the opportunity to use a high powered Dell mini laptop during the school day and at home every evening. This 1:1 Laptop program has been in development for five years and now the district is in the final stages of transforming the High School experience in Asheville to ensure that every student will graduate with the skills they need for the work place and college.
