Overview

The Asheville Learning Links VISTA program is a partnership with North Carolina AmeriCorps VISTA. The Foundation hosts AmeriCorps VISTA volunteers and places them in schools and nonprofit organizations in the community.

Partners

VISTAs work to build the capacity of these local nonprofits by fundraising, volunteer recruitment and building community partnerships. Partner sites complete an application and are awarded a VISTA for one year. Applicants may participate in this program for up to three years.

“The Asheville City Schools Foundation is currently accepting applications for 7 Americorps VISTAs to work in the Asheville Learning Links program.
